Our Vision

Leggart Brae presents a unique opportunity to carefully develop a sympathetic expansion of the City and importantly deliver a mix of new high-quality family homes and associated facilities. This will be the Group’s first investment in Scotland, and we are excited by the prospect of delivering a unique new development on the edge of the granite City, that Aberdonians, as well as Comer Homes Group, can be proud of.

Our vision for Leggart Brae is to deliver a welcoming development, that has been carefully designed to respond to the character and setting of the area. The site offers an opportunity to provide new homes that will meet the lifestyle aspirations of a range of different buyers, who will appreciate the natural assets of the site and its surroundings; as well as its location within Scotland’s third-largest city. On completion we want Leggart Brae to be a community where a mix of new residents can work, relax, and play.

Following our pre-application consultation, a Detailed Planning Application will be brought forward for the new homes, all of which sit within the boundary of Aberdeen City Council. Separate Detailed planning permission will then be sought from Aberdeenshire Council for the road access to the proposed development.
